Sunflower House is a non-profit, United Way agency serving Johnson and Wyandotte counties in Kansas. Their misson is to protect children in our community from physical and sexual abuse through education, advocacy, forensic and medical servies. Their vision is safe children thriving in nurturing families and communities. Sunflower House tells us that 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 6 boys will fall victim to child sexual abuse before they reach adulthood. With your support Sunflower House is able to change the lives of children and families in our community. Sunflower House is a place of hope and healing for children who have fallen victim to abuse.
