Welcome to my website! I am so glad that you found us and that you can spend a few minutes looking through the pages!!
My name is Rene’ Koehn and, folks, I’m living the dream! Finally, after years of dreaming, I opened my own shop in Shawnee, KS. Vintage in KC is a part of me! I have a deep love of crafting which I have gotten from my sweet mother. My favorite past time is to get lost in my craft room, with the music turned up. You may even catch me singing along if you listen really well. I have worked and taught classes for two local scrapbook stores in the past and I’m excited about doing our own right here at Vintage in KC. That is where I have met many, many wonderful people whom I now call family. I have treasured getting to know so many kindred crafty women. I also look forward to see many of those same women in my classes and meeting new friends!
I am married to a wonderful man, Brad, he’s pictured beside me, (yes, we’re at the Royals Game). He is my rock and without his support in this new adventure, well, I would probably still be dreaming! I can’t thank him enough for his encouragement and his support.
I do live in Shawnee Kansas, a suburb of the greater Kansas City area for those of you not familiar with KC.
Brad and I, have four fabulous children and three grandchildren. We also have (at this current time) 3 dogs and 2 cats – which can change at any given time depending on which of the four children have moved back into the home.
